Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Baudacecheveux purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at enquiries@baudacecheveux.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Condition of returned items
Wigs must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. If your item arrived defective or damaged, this doesn't apply, contact us as soon as possible and we'll sort out an exchange or refund.

Sale items, including anything purchased with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been received and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed immediately and usually appear back in your account within 2 to 3 business days, though this can take a little longer depending on your bank.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns
